October 23–25 | Camp Allen, Navasota, Texas
A women’s yoga and meditation retreat for deep rest, gentle movement, and meaningful connection.
You show up, you take care of things, you keep going.
And somewhere along the way, you realize
there hasn’t been much space for you.
Not real space.
Not the kind where you can fully exhale.
A place to exhale, to soften, and to rest.
2 Yoga Nidra sessions for deep rest and nervous system support
2 gentle yoga sessions to reconnect with yourself
Walking yoga and meditation in nature
A private one-on-one session with Regina
Time for journaling, reflection, and stillness
Opportunities to sit in silence, talk yoga, ask questions, and build relationships

You might begin the morning slowly, with quiet or a gentle practice.
Later, you move, or rest, or step outside and walk the trails.
You may walk in one of the labyrinths, spend time in conversation, or take a nap without needing to rush to the next thing.
In the evening, you settle in for Yoga Nidra.
Your body softens.
Your breath slows.
Your thoughts begin to quiet.
And for a while, you simply exhale. You rest.
This is the rhythm of the weekend. Feel yourself here.
Gentle movement. Deep rest. Nature. Connection.
Space to simply Be.
We will stay in the Grove Lodge at Camp Allen, surrounded by nature and peaceful open space.
Accommodations include:
Triple occupancy rooms
One top bunk per room

Howdy! I’m Regina. I guide women through gentle yoga and Yoga Nidra practices to support deep rest and nervous system balance. The Exhale Retreat is an extension of this work, a space for you to soften, reset, and simply be.
The Exhale Retreat is for women who are ready for a different pace.
A pace which allows for rest.
A pace which allows for breath.
A pace which feels more supportive than demanding.
No previous experience with yoga or meditation needed.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
It is about allowing.
Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?
No experience is needed. All practices are gentle, guided, and accessible on a mat or from a chair. You are welcome exactly as you are.
What if I have physical limitations or concerns?
All yoga is gentle and adaptable on a mat or in a chair. You are encouraged to move in a way which feels safe and supportive for your body. If you are unsure, Regina is able and willing to provide personalized guidance.
What should I bring?
You’ll receive a simple packing list after registering. In general, bring comfortable clothing, walking shoes, and anything that helps you feel relaxed and at ease.
May I come alone or bring a friend?
Yes, both are welcome. Many women attend on their own and find it to be a meaningful and supportive experience. You are also welcome to bring a friend and share the weekend together. This retreat offers a balance of quiet time and connection, so you can choose what feels right for you.
What are the accommodations and sleeping arrangements?

They will be freshly prepared by our caterer.
